A few plain promises, both ways.

The service

Relovary is a private home for family memories, people, and gatherings. During the private alpha the service is offered free or on the Family plan as shown at checkout, may change, and may occasionally be unavailable.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us permission only to store, process, back up, and display it to the people you choose. Upload only content you have the right to share, and never anything unlawful or harmful.

Accounts and family profiles

You are responsible for your account and for the profiles you manage on behalf of children or relatives. Invite only people you know. We may suspend accounts that abuse others or the service.

Billing

The Family plan is billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled any time. If a payment fails, nothing is deleted: uploads pause after a grace period until the plan is restored or usage fits the Free plan.

Ending things

You can delete your account from Settings. We can end the service with reasonable notice and will provide a way to export your memories.
